• Job Details:Project/Product Manager • Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, Document engineering and product polices, processes and procedures • Responsible for organization change management from Waterfall to Agile Methodology while Liaising between the IT and engineering department and the executive branch, Enhancing the quality of IT products and services, Manage each project’s scope and timeline, Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Work with and manage cross-functional product engineers and owners to handle backlogs and new requests, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, help teams implement changes effectively and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint • Producing reports on application development and implementation, working closely with engineering team to ensure product is delivered timely and of great quality • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification, work with the external 3rd parties and ensure all external applications are integrated by the engineers in accordance with the requirements and specifications • Documenting user stories, user journey, process flow, schema diagram, Documenting technical specification and requirement of the product, Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

Agile Project Delivery ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Scrum Trainer, managing client-side Agile Projects, Guide software development team, coaching team on effective implementation of Agile/Scrum practices ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of projects • Coordinated planning, establishing sprint goals and backlog. Facilitate daily stand-ups, measuring sprint progress, removing impediments, and grooming/maintaining backlogs, reprioritizing as needed • Use Jira to prepare cumulative reports and burndown charts and demonstrated functionality.
