• Job Details:1. Check the process efficiency, final product quality and environmental parameters through chemical and physical analysis for (Gases, Water, Oils and Nitrogenous Fertilizers). 2. Performing standardization of the utilized chemical reagents and plotting the required calibration curve and troubleshooting of Lab instruments. 3. Cooperate in the plant shutdown activities like online site sample analysis like line purging, vessel entry and before welding samples. 4. Training of technician staff and coordinate the work activities with other colleagues. 5. Familiar with using : a- Shimadzu GC-2014 with work station ''GC solution software''. b- Shimadzu GC-2030 for Hydrocarbons with SCD (sulfur chemiluminescence detector). c- Shimadzu Atomic Absorption (Flame + Graphite) ''AA7000''. d- Shimadzu FT-IR Spectrophotometer. e- JENWAY (6850) UV-Vis Double Beam Spectrophotometer. f- HACH (DR 3900) UV-Vis Single Beam Spectrophotometer. g- Buchi rotavapor (distillator). h- Karl Fisher Volumetric and Coulometric titrator. i- Viscometer with oil bath for Oil viscosity. j- Open Cup Flash point (Cleveland). k- Insulating Oil dielectric breakdown voltage test
