- Job Details:Provide support to all IT customers and develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to the project team. Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements. Maintain all work according to program office procedures and policies. Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies. Assist enclosure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain a record of all IT governance meetings. Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports, meeting minutes and status reports. Evaluate all financials and assist to identify all IT key performance indicators. Provide support to various IT departments and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to prepare all reports. Review and monitor all IT programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for the same Tracking and monitoring of the efforts of the development team and follow up with the functional team. Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis. Collaborate with the finance team to perform all associated activities and prepare appropriate summaries within the required timeframe. Responsible for gathering relevant project data to produce information to be presented for review by the project coordinator leader and the delivery manager. Based on updates by project manager related to single or multiple projects, also responsible for tracking the overall status of those projects. Assist in the standardization of the compilation of information and ways of reporting the same to the management. Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan. Create project plans include (Risk management plan, Human Resources plan, Measurement plan.. Etc) and technical proposals for ERP system. ensures that decisions are taken by the right people, based on the right information. The governance role can also include audits or peer reviews, developing project and program structures and ensuring accountability at all levels. Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. Typing, preparing and collating reports Submit employee time sheets and expenses to payroll each week. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Enter and update customer information in the database.
