• Job Details:• Lead and direct the financial responsibilities of the company and manage financial sustainability. • Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiaries, transaction processing, policies and procedures, and prepare the monthly Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements timely. • Perform routine closings, maintain accurate and accessible records and keep close eye on transaction updates, develop and implement corrective actions to bring business areas in line with standards. • Manage all areas of accounting, including A/P & A/R, banking reconciliations, general ledger management, and ensure month-end closings following all deadlines. • Ensure that sound financial controls are in place and operational activities are implemented in a timely and results-focused manner, and are managed in compliance with company objectives. • Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. • Create, plan and implement policies and procedures to increase productivity and maximize return on investments. • Ensure that all statutory & tax topics requirements of the company are met including VAT, Payroll & Withholding Tax, Income Tax payments, etc., calculate tax owed, prepare and submit returns and uphill compliance with all applicable laws and governmental tax guidelines. • Lead the operations of the accounting department, including the design of a chart of accounts of various company’s functioning, adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives. • Manage and monitor the various controls and financial measurements for the projects including budget limits, obligations, burn-rates, budget planning, pipeline analysis on an ongoing basis. • Manage the company’s capital structure, financing activities, and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants. • Develop appropriate KPIs to monitor and drive the financial performance of the company. • Ensure senior management is aware of financial trends and challenges within the business, and update the Board’s awareness of the company’s financial position and financial development. • Liaise with the external auditors as required, work closely with audit team to review of all financial information disclosed of the company and collaborate to the fullest extent possible as well as conduct audits according to all regulatory requirements. • Review and approve, in consultation with external auditors the company’s annual and interim financial statements. • Lead, manage and communicate effectively with the Finance team on a regular basis ensuring information is clear, accurate and timely. • Leverage strengths of the Finance team members, help to clarify roles and responsibilities, develop and implement training programs in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals.
