• Job Details:Maintain general ledger chart of accounts and communicate changes with users on a periodic basis. Review all accounting transactions and ensure all entries are recorded correctly according to three- way matching POs, Good's Receipt and invoice and allocated cost centers and GL accounts. Follow up on fixed asset registration and depreciation and ensure the accuracy of asset costs. Prepare journal entries and Reconcile GR/IR, Bank, accruals and prepaid during month-end closing. Prepare and review periodical tax reconciliation (VAT monthly and withholding tax form 41 quarterly). Assist in preparing trail balance, statements of profit or loss and statement of Balance sheet. Prepare & confirm adjustment entry. Provide periodic financial reports daily, monthly, and yearly. Support my company with all problems on Odoo.
