• Job Details:Handling the day to day operations in the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements - Confirming that the Pest Control provider performs the monthly visits & their efficiency. - Monitors cleaning services provided through contracts that require rigorous oversight. - Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall/building staff, tenants and customers - Works with security department and checking daily tasks and manpower. - Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response. - Manage property operating expense within or below budgeted levels. - Oversees contractor’s performance and effectively counsel poor performance. - Develop Third party staff members by enhancing their roles and broadening their experiences. - Complete performance reviews with thorough and objective feedback. - Maintain good relationships with tenants through frequent interaction, effective follow through. - Fulfill Manager-on-Duty rotation and manage day to day activities as necessary which may include emergency situations.
