• Job Details:• Accordance with the Provisions of the Constitution and the Labor Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan : • Prepare information of the field of labor safety regulations and approval ; • To provide worker, engineers and technical staff with necessary instructions, and other educational programs • Prepares monthly reports on incidents, accidents and non-conformance etc to the Company Management • Interpret legal requirements and standards by monitoring local and international laws respective to HSE • Attend health & safety committee meetings, advise on matters that require specific inputs and coordination with the project CMs, PM • Coach, train and enhance the health & safety awareness, knowledge of contractor within the plant in equipping them with knowledge to work safely • Preparing written weekly and monthly and annual HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance

HSE EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Support Project by providing construction safety and health leadership and consultation in the development and completion of project activities including plans, evaluations, reports, and other related project documentation. • Assist site team in drawing up health & safety plan according to client specifications and ensure implementation thereof. • Monitor the Glazing activities and make sure that these are executed as per the project HSE plan and procedures. • Conducts initial risk assessments and alerts the project team of new or unknown HSE risks & recommends appropriate solutions • To carry out daily site walk around to ensure safe work site, adequate fire and fall Protection are in place, approved tools are being used and sufficient PPE’s provided and properly worn • Implement the procedures for incident investigation to determine facts and event circumstances determine cause(s) and develop/implement remedial actions and controls to eliminate or reduce future risk. • Conduct planned inspections of facilities, equipment, tools , materials and people including review of maintenance procedures and record documentation • Compiles project HSE plan to ensure compliance to client specification and legal requirements;
