• Job Details:Leading role in the commissioning of food production equipment’s (including 7 DD ovens, 2 DCN kettles with 300+ litres capacity, heavy kitchen and bakery machinery, 4 assembly lines and full dispatch unit) and food production lines with 232 SKUs-including bakery, pastry, soups, sauces, deli and cakes in a brand new 70-million-dollar facility in Dubai, M.H. Alshaya Co. (DIC). This involve developing and implementing new processes/procedures for HACCP and H &S. Developing products and setting KPIs, highlighting and organizing trainings. Lead role of very successful transaction of 180 production staff with 232 SKUs, also developing production KPIs and quality systems. Implement and develop health & safety procedures in a brand-new facility. After a successful transaction, I moved to High Care as production manager in November 2017. Where I stream line the processes, stabilize the KPIs (key performance indicators) and achieved our yearly labour and materials target with great positives. I lead the preparation team for H&S, DM (Dubai Municipality) and Company Surveillance audits, with resulted strong A’s for each.
