• Job Details:- Creating Approved Suppliers List: through making evaluation for all vendor actions and rank them accordingly. - Defining needs: Receive request (PR), validate the request, determine specifications, check inventory to make sure the requested item is not already in stock. - Supplier selection: Create a supplier strategy, issue RFI, select target suppliers, issue RFQ, receive quotations, validate and compare between them, and select the supplier. - Projects Managing: working on many scoops for the same project by aligning work Schedule, revise achieved vs planned and work on variances. - Order management: issue a PO, ensuring that the goods or services are received (5 Rights), receive the invoice, and ensure that it matches the PO, issue a payment. - Reports: I do weekly reports, PO and PR reports, and make a report to show the figure and number of paid amount numbers, pending POs, and the cash flow. - Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
