• Job Details:Implement and manage company systems within the manufacturing organization, direct and manage all shifts of the manufacturing organization to meet plant objectives, develop the capital budget and control implementation to ensure timely procurement and installation of equipment and tooling, ensure quality systems and procedures are maintained and effectively used by the manufacturing group, deploy plant and safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment, identify and develop production supervisors, maintenance supervisors, and project and quality engineers, determine and supervise staffing levels of operators, production supervisors, maintenance supervisors, engineering/technical and maintenance support, develop and promote the use of effective problem-solving techniques to gain improvements in all aspects of Quality and Engineering
