• Job Details: Responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of an organization Setting company revenue & profit plan by business unit, commission & incentive plans by business team, pricing for all product groups, full year products launch planning, market re-search and pulsing surveys. Planning including advertising, promotions and PR activities, channels development programs and value propositions to market, customers and partners events. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy to maintain and drive business growth.

• Job Details:Managing several financial projects. (Banking, Mortgage, etc...) Building and managing the whole organization. (Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Telesales, Administration, Financial, MIS Manager, Quality Control). Developing and leading implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best possible service. Negotiating & managing business relationships, informing product development of market needs, and identifying new opportunities for our business to capitalize on. Plan and evaluate marketing strategy. Coordinate the public relations. Review proposals and cost estimates.
