• Job Details:My work experience is in ERP, CRM, BI implementations, and business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, enterprise analysis, requirements planning, and defining business system's scope, meeting customer expectations, and reporting to top management staff These activities were built on my capabilities in designing and developing IT-related programs in reporting, supply chain, transportation and fleet management, binding sales and operations via S&OP meetings, vendor and distributor evaluation. Throughout my working time, I had a robust experience in many technologies from many vendors such as, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Analysis services (Tabular & Dimensional), PowerBI, Theobald, Telerik, C#.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, SAP Administration, and SAP development Also, creating all required project documentations from creating a business case, current against desired states, project initialization and administration using MS Project, create project time frame, responsibility tracking, budgeting, and communicating presentations effectively Main Responsibilities: 1. Working with business teams to gather business requirements, prepare, prioritize and deliver the required functions / reports for all functional areas and business units across the organization. 2. Planning, organizing, and evaluating the IT systems of sales, marketing and supply chain departments 3. Take a leading role in planning, designing, and development of SAP-ERP implementation. 4. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. 5. Provide orientation and training to end users for the modified and new systems. 6. Advise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting the required sales data by conducting business meetings with other third parties to obtain the existing data. 7. Planning and communicating with the outsource implementation company to complete the required issues in an SAP-ERP, after implementation role. 8. Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. 9. Attend staff meetings to provide management with the required information, and discuss the business issues and their solutions. 10. Analyzing and tracking sales data (In-Market & To-Market) to design a “Supply Chain Network” and enhance a customer service. 11. Sharing marketing team in setting up the sales forecast figures and implementing incentive policies. 12. Designing and implementing different DB systems for Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse 13. Designing and implementing SAP programs using ABAP, SAP Queries, Functions, and BAPI 14. Enhancing business intelligent capability by designing tabular business data warehouse modules and providing up-to-the-point reports using SharePoint Performance Point Services, PowerBI and SQL Server 2016 Reports 15. Analyzing, Designing, and Developing Web Applications using ASP.NET and SQL Server 16. Enhancing SAP reporting by using Theobald ETL tools (ERPConnect, xTractIS, and xTract Universal)
