The project scope includes The features that exists in a normal eCommerce application Scope of work: • Agile Methodology and Scrum Sub methodology used for developing the eShop application. • Planning, Monitoring and coaching new waves of ATG trainees. • Take the role of a Quality Engineer for CMMI Assessment, providing quality plans, Measurement plans, CM plans, Test Plans and work product reviews. • Definition and documentation of business requirements and Wireframes. • Business and preliminary analysis. • Technology and methodologies used: Agile, ATG products including: ATG Commerce, ATG Content Administration, ATG Merchandizing.
