    • Job Details:Senior contracts manager to manage and follow up the contract implementation for construction of EET (Electrical express train – blue and red line from October to Abu simble city) project – EPC (FIDIC Contract). The owner is NAT (National Authority for tunnels). this includes but is not limited to the following duties: 1- Participated in the preparation and reviewing of tender documents (General and Particular conditions - tender procedure - contracts - appendices - BOQ - Specifications - drawings). 2- Reviewed the warranties, bonds, and insurance certificates provided by the contractors. 3- Ensuring that all contractual procedures and contract documents requirements are implemented and maintained by all parties of the project. Maintains detailed records. 4- Studied the contract during the implementation phase. And respond to all correspondence regarding the existence of inquiries or contractual conflicts and issues. 5- Studying claims, disputes, the extension of time (EOT), variation orders (VO’S), and compensation for/on contractors or consultants. Taking the necessary contractual actions, determining the compensation, and costs according to contract documents. 6- Negotiated with the contractors about the claims and the new prices of change orders. 7- Reviewed and approved all payment certificates due to the contractor and consultant and submitted them for disbursement. 8- Reviewed the final payment certificate, and ensured that all contractual requirements for project and maintenance delivery were met to release the bonds and insurance certificates. 9- Contribute to responding to all inquiries about contracts issued by external parties like governmental agencies, etc. 10- The ability to study and manage all types of contracts which include governmental and FIDIC, etc.
