• Job Details:1- Key user of ERP System (modules financial accounting & Controlling ) 2- Supervising the accounts team to assure closing of books monthly, quarterly and annually on time 3- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department 4 - Control and monitor full spectrum of financial and cost Accounting role: AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. 5 - Follow up with customers for payments and meeting them to resolve outstanding AR balances issues 6 - Preparing the AR monthly ageing reports, 7- Preparing monthly cash forecast report, 8- Issuing supporting reports to the top management to make decisions 9- coordinating and Finalizing with other department for pending operational issues 10- Preparing the daily bank Reconciliation report and cash flow report Audit all transaction of inventory and prepared stagnant stock Balance report 11- Preparing the monthly trial balance and cost report Preparing the annual payroll tax settlement 12- Preparing the operational annual budget report 13 - Comparing between estimate and actual costs, analyze deviations
