• Job Details:1 - Preparing and reviewing Corporate Tax Returns. 2 - Preparing VAT Returns. 3 - Preparing monthly & annual Payroll Tax reconciliations for both foreign and local staff. 4 - Preparing defense memos relating to disputes (i.e. Payroll, Corporate, Sales, ,state development on clay and Stamp Tax). 5 - Attending the tax inspections and prepare the financial statements analysis for the tax inspection purposes. 6 - Attending internal committees and appeal committees related to tax disputes. 7 - Achieving many special assignments such as evaluating, due diligence. 8 - Good knowledge of the Egyptian, Arabic taxation laws and Double tax treaties. 9 - Prepare Tax forms for withholding tax and submit them to the Tax Authority.
