• Job Details:• Preparation, submission and negotiating the Invoices and Variations with our Client. • Reviewing and certifying Subcontractors invoices and Variations. • Formation of Subcontracts and Contract amendments. • Preparation and reviewing of Claims. • Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy. • Forming of Subcontracts for the different project packages. • Resolve any existing contractual conflicts. • Strategically manage client relationship. • Coordinate between different departments. • Analyze and mitigate potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization. • Track authorizations, correspondences, payments and deadlines. • Identify and assess variations and change orders. • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
