Job Details:Alamein Towers Project (Project Value nearly 7 Billion EGP) The project consists of 4 Towers A, B, C2, C1 with floor areas from 1,700 SM to 2,000 SM rested on 5 floors podium with built up area 42,054.5 SM and total build up area 350,000 SM . Roles & Responsibilities:- - Prepare project schedule (Baseline) covering the entire scope of works - Prepare a claim programme based on Time impact analysis (TIA) Technique. - Generate and update daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and executive report - Analyze productivity and trends time over run - Prepare and update Cash Flow curves to provide expected cash out and cash in values along the project time frame according to project performance. - Monitoring subcontractors' progress and giving advice for determination of subcontractors scope for upcoming works according to their productivity - Identify and update the critical activities and paths which may impact the overall project completion dates and key milestones to provide the site managers with the work priorities during the update period. - Prepare revised and mitigated schedules of works. - Provide corrective actions when actual progress deviates from planned progress. - Prepare control excel sheets for detailed monitoring of work packages
