• Job Details:• Commissioning witnessing and operating ( start-up, normal operations in auto/semi-auto/manual, troubleshooting, optimizing chemical dosing, and planned shutdown) of utilities units following documentations such as process description, operating installation maintenance manuals, control narratives, P&ID understanding, PFD cases, basis of design, technical duty specifications and sequence Charts and with external resources reading and courses. 1. Steam boiler and steam generation which include the following. i. 26 barg, 130tons/hr. water tube forced draft fuel gas Steam generation (witnessed blow out, passivate, steam blowing, first start-up) and condensate recovery polishing with mixed beds (Macchi, Unidro). ii. Tray deaerators and tanks. iii. 45 barg boiler feed water BFW pumps. iv. Chemical dosing of oxygen scavenger, trisodium phosphates and PH controller. 2. Service water multimedia filters (Artes Ingegneria) 3. Potable water with activated carbon filter ACF. 4. Demineralized water production with reverse osmosis membranes and continuous electro-Deionization and conducting chemical cleaning in place ( Unidro ) package consisting of 27 barg feed pumps. 5. PSA Nitrogen production with carbon molecular sieves (Atlas Copco). 6. Liquid High purity Nitrogen storage and vaporization (Vrv). 7. Instrumentation air production with Ingersoll Rand screw 10 barg compressors and Atlas Copco activated alumina air dryers (Sinergia package) 8. HP/LP fuel gas production. 9. Open and closed drains. 10. HP/LP and LLP flares and knock out drums. • Prepare JHA for routine jobs performed by production contractors • Prepare MICC & PSIC required for performing Jobs and follow PTW and rush it through the cycle according its urgency • Update activity tracker for PSV campaigns • confirm with field operators daily activities, completion of any mechanical isolations & de-isolation as per needed for the job and application of LOTO • Investigate with other disciplines application of MOC and any incidents • Site survey for any problem regarding any process problem or required jobs reported to our maintenance team • Attend notification meeting and update status of each notification • Attend meetings for any planned shutdown and participate in setting the time plan and the required activities. • Participated in many technical management of change events (moc) for changing piping material, adding new min flow piping with adequate restriction orifice, changing alarms thresholds and changing operating envelopes, modifying logic sequence of plc operated packages.
