• Job Details:•Develop, implement, and manage engineering key performance indicators KPIs in order to fulfill business needs. •Lead the plan for minimizing the maintenance cost and services expenses. •Lead the plan for Improving machine utilization as per maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) and desired overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE). •Manage the engineering maintenance activities to ensure the compliance to good engineering practice (GEP). • Developing the engineering department team through training programs, capability matrix, shuffling learning matrix and hiring well-qualified staff. •Leading all procurement process for all new equipment, new change-parts and production tools starting from user requirements specification (URS) to hand over stage. •Leading the upgrading & refurbish enhancement plan for all old production equipment. .Leading problem-solving activities and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement. •Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the safety aspects are maintained within all engineering team activates.

Assistant Engineering ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1.Leading the project for new facilities for the sterile area of aspect powder filling production lines including New sandwich panel, epoxy for the floor, installation for a complete new lines from Bosch (washing, tunnel, filling, capping, inspection, and labeling machine), also installing new HVAC system , WFI , pure steam generator . 2.Leading the project for revamping the powder preparation area in cephalosporin plant including cladding for all walls in the factory, replacement for all doors, epoxy for the floor, new ducting system, new air handling 3.Leading Installing and qualification for of new powder preparation line ,FBD, granulator from Yenchin , perforated coating machine from IMA ,compression machine from Fette ,blistering &packing lines from IMA .
