Contracts management and build a real partnership with key suppliers.

Head of Group Procurement

• Job Details:Managing a team of 24 success partners to handle all the procurement activities for 4 business divisions and 14 companies within the group. Create a central procurement function for the group. Develop the vendor masterfile, material lead-time database and set the right KPIs for the team. Improve the procurement reporting system.
