Ensuring stores are fully prepared on special days and periods to optimize potential. Ensure stores implement the guidelines and instructions for company's pricing and product strategies. • Ensure the stores and staff comply with all the laws relating to selling as laid down by the company. Ensuring the highest possible customer service and staff competence within stores to optimize sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. • Dealing effectively with any customer complaints. 6. Communicating with customers during store visits, finding out if there is any complaints, and taking actions accordingly. • Completing a minimum of 1 operation visit report per store per month, Monitoring of all operational processes in his/her stores and ensure they are efficient and in line with company guidelines Ensure all members of Management are fully aware of their job responsibilities within the guidelines of their job description. • Executing the promotion process with Talent Management Department. Monitoring deliveries and making sure if they are received in due time and date at the most appropriate time for the commercial running of the stores. • Identifying the storage needs of each store, and ensuring the stockroom spaces are used efficiently. • Identifying new store opportunities and opportunities to expand the business profitably • Identifying any potential store for extension or relocation, sharing it with the expansion department. • Building positive relationships with landowners and/or mall management. Carry out regular and thorough checks thus ensuring that all areas on and off the sales floor within their stores are cleaned regularly and that a high standard of hygiene is maintained. Controlling the constructional and technical processes before and after new store openings, taking actions if anything is missing • Ensure that all structural changes to existing stores are approved through construction dept. Execute brand/product introductions, campaigns, promotion activities, and advertising and assess their success against the plan. • Identifying any rented/free marketing spaces in malls, and taking actions. • Ensure that all stores on their area comply with the store layout as per guidelines. • Ensuring stores follow the in-store VM & Window standards, as per guidelines. • Visiting stores with Area VM specialists to identify any VM areas for development. • Work to ensure stores have optimal capacity and occupancy at all times. Reviewing standard reports of sales/stock data's taking necessary actions to build/improve on performance. Reviewing P&L reports on regular basis, and avoiding any possible mistakes by notifying the finance department • • Reviewing and improving stores all expense details, • Approving and following stores advance payment requests. • Get support from the legal department on stores contracts as required. • Liaising with the legal department on any relevant issues in stores. • Ensuring all legal regulations are followed properly during store openings.
