- Job Details:Tasks & Responsibilities: • Leading the accounting and audit teams (receivable ,payable ,treasury, GL & financial audit) • Preparing the financial reports and financial analysis by end of each month & year • Ensure applying the accounting standards in all sections and financial statements • Monitoring All Accounting transaction including (receivable ,payable, treasury, GL & financial Audit ) • Ensure the accurate and timely invoicing process ,invoices delivery to corporates and timely payment process for suppliers • Checking the monthly and yearly financial audit reports and discuss any variance with section supervisors • Ensure accounts receivable , payable & banking reconciliations • Ensure all customers have access to standard templates designed by the company for invoicing credit remittance • Ensure the billing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines • Monitor customer accounts details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities • responsible to develop the accounting system and follow the technical issues with system technical support • Revise the credit card payments , bank deposits and adjustments • Investigate and resolve customer queries , if any • responsible for interviewing and hiring staff members, providing training, creating work schedules and performing any disciplinary actions. • Ensure year-end closing & monthly closing • preparing the financial statements with accounting manager • Preparing financial analysis for the financial statements with (horizontal & vertical analysis ,short term liquidity analysis & solvency analysis ) to evaluate the business items and take the required decisions • Checking the cash flow statement • preparing the monthly payroll sheet ,insurance and income tax • Revise the tax reports • Preparing the vat reports on monthly basis
