On approval of the same by the President and Board of Directors, get it printed or published • Be prepared to take the right action in disaster situations, assure timely payment of business insurance premiums, keep a check on payments and receivables, and help maintain a close balance between the planned budget and actual budget for a financial Month, Quarter and Year. • Responsible for negotiating with banks and all financial or financing partners • Interviewing and selecting the audit firms that can successfully carry out the internal auditing procedures of the firm. • Investigating and resolving the findings of the audit. • Supervising the preparation of financial budgets at the company / group level and even at the unit level • Cooperating with the COO and the CEO in following up on the implementation of the budget in detail and taking corrective measures when there are deviations • Use, supervision and manage the implementation of major business management software • Full financial supervision over the group's companies and investments with its various activities (pharmacies management, medical insurance, real estate investment ... etc.)
