• Job Details:• Report to the President • Work in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and the Board of Directors • Act as the spokesperson of the organization with reference to the financial matters of the organization • Manage the financial team of the organization • Instruct and guide the Financial Manager in implementation of the financial strategies of the organization • Assist the COO and the CEO draft budgets for various projects, identify new funding opportunities, and help in determining the cost effectiveness of every project taken up by the organization • Check all the records and documents prior the audit and make sure that the finance staff is thoroughly trained and ready for the financial audit • Supervising the preparation of the financial year end reports, giving details about the usage of funds, profits for stakeholders, and prospective plans for the coming year. On approval of the same by the President and Board of Directors, get it printed or published • Be prepared to take the right action in disaster situations, assure timely payment of business insurance premiums, keep a check on payments and receivables, and help maintain a close balance between the planned budget and actual budget for a financial Month, Quarter and Year. • Responsible for negotiating with banks and all financial or financing partners • Interviewing and selecting the audit firms that can successfully carry out the internal auditing procedures of the firm. • Investigating and resolving the findings of the audit. • Supervising the preparation of financial budgets at the company / group level and even at the unit level • Cooperating with the COO and the CEO in following up on the implementation of the budget in detail and taking corrective measures when there are deviations • Use, supervision and manage the implementation of major business management software • Full financial supervision over the group's companies and investments with its various activities (pharmacies management, medical insurance, real estate investment ... etc.)

• Job Details:• Perform analysis, financial planning and provide recommendations to client senior management to achieve financial and operational goals • Provide and assist in implementing process improvements • Maintain master files of capital projects, track capital funding status, and assist in enhancement of management reporting • Established track record of results and success in providing advice and consultation as well as sustaining and expanding client relationships • Develop intellectual capital; lead or participate in the development of tools or processes that can be leveraged for multiple clients. • Prepare the financial sector roles and processes for e-business suit implementation project. • Manage the relations between the client goals, objectives and strategies and e-business suit. • Assure the project deliverables and its durability. • Develop and enhance management reporting • Manage and control multiple teams and plans for multiple projects.
