• Job Details:My job as a Plant Manager is branched to many responsibilities and goals trying to achieve. 1- Building an effective organization by hiring, training and motivating staff 2- Develop and prepare manufacturing budgets and ensure operations are conducted according to financial budget guidelines. 3- .Manage the purchasing volumes of raw materials. 4- Managing maintenance 5- Managing Capex according to the budget parameters 6- Ensure highest standard of quality and safeguard plant, employees and equipment by effective implementation of Safety polices (H.S.E.-Health, Safety and environment) 7- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures for production methods, quality and safety. 8- Evaluate the facility's operating processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency. 9- Determine the sequence of the production process and implement processes to measure quality control. 10- Maximize the cost-effectiveness of production operations through sound planning, the efficient operation of machines, and minimum overtime. 11- Find and implement solutions to continuously improve the production process, cut production costs and improve quality 12- Follow up the R&D projects.

Factory ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Follow up the production Plan regarding to the sales forecast. • Follow up the Purchasing strategies by coordination with the stores of raw materials. • Follow up the R&D projects. • Ensure the development and the effective for the staff and follow up the training plan. • Follow up the maintenance plan and ensure the plan (monthly –quarter-yearly). • Ensure the highest degree of QC system for Raw materials – packaging – final products. • Study how to reduce the cost (raw materials – daily expenses - manufacturing time). • Follow up the inventory and checking quarterly. • Evaluate the production process to get final products without loss of time. • And there many and many of responsibilities done every day to achieve the highest standard quality and safety processing for the laborers with environment.
