Moreover, participating in too many startups and projects during commissioning to ensure producing high-quality products. o Continuous Improvement team leader o Active Member at KNAUF’s Safety Committee o Active member at KNAUF’s Plant Communication Committee o Internship - KNAUF's New Technology (leadership and technical internship) – KNAUF – Izmit, Turkey - 2019 o Lean Six Sigma – Green belt – AUC – October 2019  Using statistical tools such as, “Minitab 18 software”, and other approaches to analyze and improve problems.  Improve throughput time using six sigma methodology in Novartis company labs o Lean Six Sigma – Yellow belt – AUC – 2018  Project: Increasing processing time for corporate requests for facilities at (QNB AlAhli Head office0) using DMAIC approach o Emotional Assertiveness – Global Terminology Training and Consultancy (GT) - 2017 o Founder of Share Knowledge Community at Knauf Egypt Plant - 2016 o Team leadership (Internal Training) – KNAUF – Egypt - 2016 o Total Productive Maintenance (Internal Training) – KNAUF – Egypt - 2015  Duties and Responsibilities: o Organize the daily operation with the heads of the roses. o Achieve the personal and plant KPI’s. o Receipt of raw materials and operating materials from the warehouse to start manufacturing. o link and support with WH team to avoid any storing mistakes and to ensure that the product in the store haven't any problem. o Direct and coordinate the activities of the workers in the production or processing of the complete product and coordination with the laboratory to reach the required quality. o Organizing shift members rotation for multi-skills o Delivery of the finished product to the warehouse in coordination with the laboratory to issue the final results. o Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. o Ensure producing high-quality products as company specification. o Make kaizen and use Lean Six Sigma methodology to diminish defects and identifying the root cause to eliminate. o Responsible for the scheduling of the rosary, such as the training of workers and their vacations, working for extra hours and recycling roses. o Supervise the production chemists & operators and follow up their tasks o Monitor work and monitor the gauges (Mixer, Shear, speed... etc.) and other indicators to ensure that the operation conforms to the standards production. o Planning and scheduling of work, and production sequence to achieve production objectives. o Read and analyze, work orders, production schedules, records and other reports to determine the production requirements and evaluation of current production estimates. o Make all the reports that will help and show clearly day to day update to the top managements o Maintain the line by doing PM and engage shift maintenance team by providing them any needed information o Responsible for cleanliness of operating places and drainage systems under the guidance of the cleaning agent. o Carry out monthly and annual maintenance work in coordination with the maintenance engineer. o Responsible for evaluating and the appraisal of my team members. o Implementation of safety systems and commitment to wear personal protective equipment during the factory. Ensuring that all shift members are working safely, preventing any accidents. o Apply all safety rules, Study and prevent any incidents.  Skills Gained: o Highly skilled in dealing with employees, leadership talents o Also, the ability to withstand the stress of work required by physical effort.
