MEP Section head EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Reports to Deputy Projects Director • Lead quality control processes; planning, monitoring and controlling which includes method statements, inspection test plan and check lists for MEP Work. • Sharing in the Audit which is periodically performed against the MEP Subcontractor • Lead investigation process for non-conformance cases • Leading technical offices including working drawings, shop drawings, RFI and material submittals • Responsible for MEP coordination process along with remaining project disciplines • Developing and maintaining project invoices and progress reports • In charge for planning and requisition of resources and material • participate in preparing variations • Review purchasing orders and control material • participate in planning processes including activities ‘relations and milestones

Senior mechanical engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Installation, commissioning, start up and handing over of the following mechanical systems • Plumbing (All Plumbing work, booster pumps, submersible pumps, LHWT system) • Firefighting (Fire pumps, Sprinklers, FM-200 and Foam system). • HVAC (Chilled Water system, AHU’s, FCU’s and Exhaust fans). • Assist construction manager in advising on construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines/contractors/subcontractors prior to construction. • Assist construction manager in supervising the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor. • Analyzing and resolving field problems. • Ensuring compliance with the company health and safety • Prepare value engineering if required by authorized authorities. • Ensuring that all mechanical engineering works are as per relevant standards and procedures. • Coordinating the daily activities of project staff, construction trades and taking corrective action to keep the project on time. • Prepare Material take off prior Material Request. • Prepare work and material Inspection request prior submission for QA/QC. • Reporting to construction Manager. • Study all Technical drawings, documents and any revision thereon. • Raise technical query for any conflict information within the project technical document. • Prepare comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of materials quantities, specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variation in project objectives. • Engage with procurement and planning departments for defining the materials required to execute the project and provide the technical support required to select the proper materials. • Review the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project specifications. • Follow up progress planning and arranging all its requirements. • Ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team.
