• Job Details:NEOM - Infrastructure Projects – Water Reservoirs Overall responsibility for the successful management scope of Future infrastructure water reservoirs at Oxagon, High Point and Red Desert areas. Oversee Project managers and Core Team to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard. Provide leadership to manage risk, monitor finances and administrative oversight and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time for iconic water reservoirs facilities of NEOM infrastructure projects that includes the 46 Concrete Reservoirs, Chlorination Buildings, Piping Yards, Energy Buildings, Utility Culverts and Landscape. The main storage reservoirs of NEOM Infrastructure projects are located in Oxagon, High Point and Red Desert as a part of NEOM infrastructure Projects in KSA. • Concrete Water Reservoirs • Utility Culverts • Piping Yards • Energy Buildings • Potable water, storm, fire, Sewage, Power LV&MV • Concrete Water Reservoirs • Chlorination Buildings • Earth works • Administration Buildings • MEP works Role involves the following duties: • Monitoring progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers, Core Team to implement those decisions • Meeting with clients, stakeholders and Contractors to report on project progress • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion • Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage • Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
