• Job Details:Job Description: • Coordinate the implementation of the quality control policies in line with company guidelines, and with regulatory and industry standards. • Oversee the quality control of incoming goods in accordance with all internal and external quality standards • Provide (hierarchical and functional) leadership and direction in the area of Quality Control and manage and develop a team of QC staff to ensure the required standards in quality control targets are met. • Direct an entity’s inspection and testing programs, as well as its proactive quality control procedures designed to prevent defects and / or improve performance. • manage the department's employees and interacts with other managers and staff in departments that run processes where quality is an important dimension. • Prepare improvements to the quality policy, tracks developments on quality and includes these in the policy, in accordance with internal and external standards and divisional / group QC policies. • Maintain the quality management system in which all procedures and process descriptions are defined according to the requirements of the relevant standards and schemes within the organization so that understanding the processes and division of responsibilities arises and continuous quality can be guaranteed and the relevant certificates are retained. • Drive continuous improvement processes in the organization, promoting and supporting improvement processes and actions with expert advice, tools and guidance. • Conduct risk-based assessments / improvement programs to minimize impact of any process and product deficiencies • Develop and manage Customer QC relationships and establishes, reviews, approves and documents Ingredient and Final Product specs into the appropriate systems to assure compliance to customer expectations. • Hold ISO 9001 certification & TQM certification

Operation and Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:·Working closely with the STE Department Manager and fellow section managers to implement department and CEO. initiatives ·Assist in scheduling and coordination of electrical engineering work with project manager ·Develop work scopes with project management and end users for material takeoff and job spec ·Develop and implement electrical design best practices, processes, and procedures within the Standard Work framework ·Prepare design controlled documentation, product documentation, performance specifications, and write technical performance verification reports ·Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure that the engineering team works across organizational boundaries to help deliver successful projects ·Assist in the development and administration of the department’s overall budget
