• Job Details:- Ownership of category P&L, including all budgets, forecasts and management reporting - Providing commercially sound financial analysis for ad hoc projects, including cost effectiveness, commercial viability, operational capability and financial audit/ controls - Be a true Business Partner to the commercial teams, providing accurate and timely financial analysis of key commercial initiatives providing joint business planning support. - Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions. - Develop and maintain regularly reporting packages, including monthly/quarterly forecast plans, and customer/order information. - Support monthly management accounts and the board reporting packs. - Cooperate with commercial teams to customize deal structures to meet customers' specific requirements, develop new business models to capture new business opportunities. - Follow up productivity and commercial finance initiatives - Alignment and follow up of objectives, reach, and time restrictions with internal stakeholders. - Lead management routines with key stakeholders to review the status of the projects and to update the pipeline.

Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:1. Setup Accounting standards & procedures to all Accounting functions (A/P, A/R, GL & Treasury) 2. Validate and approve accounting entries 3. Maintain the Matching principle between all function (A/R & Revenue, A/P & GL). 4. Handling taxation issues with the consultant and support for any pending matters & tax inspection (Corporate tax, WH tax, VAT, stamp tax and salary tax etc.) 5. Supervise Treasury analyst & maintain adequate daily reports on cash position and working capital status 6- Approve Revenue streams for newly issued services by fawry plus. 7-Report to management on daily basis cash collection amounts & Revenue status 8- Supervise monthly closing process and validate the figures & prepare financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow) 9- Participate in planning process & assist financial analysis team in arriving 1 year, 3 years, 5 years’ business plans & update figures quarterly. 10- Main contributor into financial data migration process from excel to Ax Dynamics 11- Main contact with Banks and insure cash utilization & review potential investment opportunities 12- Monitor intercompany balances 13- Answer management requests regard any financial inquiry. 14- Creating map between Auditor’s Chart of accounts & Fawry plus chart of accounts to facilitate reviewing audited figures 15- Preparing Profitability per Branches (75 Branch) Monthly Report P& L 16- Preparing Details of Due Diligence (Financial, Legal, Human Resources, Operational, Environment) For New Investors.

Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:1. Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role. stock, AR, AP and GL etc. 2. Responsible for review of day to day finance and accounts operations. 3. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts; 4. Handling taxation issues with the consultant and support for any pending matters & tax inspection (Corporate tax, WH tax, VAT, stamp tax and salary tax etc.) 5. Maintain AP booking, review & reconciliation (POs/ accrual), maintain cash disbursements. 6. Posts vendors’ payments by recording cash, checks. 7. Prepare and post month-end accrual and prepaid entries and assist various month end closing related works. 8. Fixed assets recording and monthly Depreciation. 9. Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, including P&L Account & BS analytics, including complex issues typical of global FMCG group 10. Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting; 11. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies 12. Ensuring intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and reconciliations are up to date. 13. Liaison with internal / external auditors for timely completion of audits; 14. Review of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis .
