• Job Details: Manage fixed income Section, as well as private equities portfolio, and Equity Funds.  Manage the Fixed Income Team , to Set strategy for fixed income investments to achieve the highest return according to investment sector instructions , Monitoring extra cash in the portfolio for investment (maturities & donations ), follow up the financial news for guidance in setting investment monthly plan , present a plan for monthly funds , prepare market survey for all banks and investment banks & Asset Management investment products (Deposits, Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds, Corporate bonds) to determine market future trend.  Monitor investment plan implementation and flow up funds transfers through investment account.  Prepare periodic reports for investment portfolio for discussion and presentation to investment sector director.  Follow up all Mutual funds related issues (general assembly – coupon distribution- board meetingspreparing fund’s reports).  Responsible for the institution’s direct investments. Impact Investing through development of new businesses with financial rewards yet with a social impact.  Analyzing the quarter, semi- annual and annual financial statement for the strategic investment and give a recommendation to improve the financial position of the companies, more and above implement a business model for the suggested new business lines and expansion for those companies.  Responsible for making a visibility study for new project suggested by management and assess the associated risk and the financial and social impact reward.  Develop new ideas to help the foundation to have sustainable financial pipe lines and finance the internal operation through it, so we use the donation funds in serving scope of work Purposes.  Study the private equity deals and the process of acquiring Stake in the companies that fit our investment criteria, flow up the stages of acquiring the Stake, due diligence, deal structure and the stock purchasing, and flow up with each investment closely to achieve the required return target and executing the exit scenario.  Preparing investment committee reports and attending committee meetings.

• Job Details:Main responsibility conducts fundamental analysis and valuations (e.g. financial ratios, key performance indicators) on listed Egyptian stocks within defined sectors & to assign Buy/Hold/Sell recommendations based on the findings of the analysis.  Have a good Knowledge of technical analysis for choosing best techniques to Build a Position or reduce it, and Identify Support & resistance Points & trend.
