- Job Details:- Responsible for the daily sales activities in different markets. - Following the payments of different clients and applying the company's financial policies strictly. - Builds long term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities. - Identifies, defines and reports evolving customer needs in order to proactively prepare for future product demands. - Following the updates of the Freight Matrix monthly for all destinations. - Responsible for releasing different memos of forwarder, inspection, insurance…….. etc. according to company rules and guarantee on time payment. - Supervising and facilitating the inspection process or any special requirement for the orders. - Following up the loading process and guarantee the smoothness and effectiveness of the process to achieve the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual loading targets. - Revise the daily loading orders. - Handling the customer complaints and work on customer satisfaction. - Following up status of stock and work on decrease the stock level. - Follow the pending orders and follow up the Production Department on daily basis. - Follow the safety instructions in all times and in all circumstances. Key Accountabilities ExecutiveRole: As a member of the management team contributes towards formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable achievement of company's overall business plans .Develops and finds approval for sales plans in support of achievement of the Company's overall plans. Leadership and motivation: Manages the sales team, providing leadership , encouraging teamwork and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high quality performance and staff pride in execution of task. Coordination of Sales and Marketing: Coordinates the function of the sales team in order to maximize synergies and support achievement of business plans and targets. Sales Forecast: Prepares quarterly Sales forecast including all confirmed and expected orders to guarantee the continuity of production schedules. Budget: Prepares annual budgets in own area of responsibility , ensuring that adequate funding provisions are made for all activities and monitors expenditure to ensure budgets are utilized in the most effective and efficient manner and are within approved levels. Sales Strategy: Develops and executes all aspects of the sales strategy including customer pricing, productmix, merchandising, channel development , distribution etc. to ensure the achievement of top line and bottom line sales targets and growth in market share. Distribution Management: Discussion and approves all the support for distributor management to ensure the necessary processes including customer credit limits ,over duties , stock allocations ,and sales force requirements are in place. Customer Relationship: Oversees all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market Market Development: Oversees the market development activities including conducting regular market research and production of reports and studies in order to ensure that the Company's brand retain and enhance their market value. Also sets targets for the market per region. New Export Market: Plans and executes entry into new market to achieve Company's objectives with regard to new markets and support revenue maximization. Negotiates and selection of agents if needed in certain export markets and then follow up and coordinates with each export agent on targets and market prices. Excellent knowledge and relationships with big customers in Africa, Gulf and Europe in tissue filed. Sales Collections: Monitors operation of sales collection activity and ensure adherence to Company credit in order to meet collection targets and minimizing bad debts. Team Building: Recruits, develops and motivates personal with specific objectives of increasing departmental expertise and ensure potential for advancement is identified and necessary training is provided. Assessment of Export Market: Assessment of current situation with each potential country and set up plans for growing of Company's sales .Also assessment of each export market in term of market capacity, price structure to be adopted in the respective market. Market Analysis: Make a through and ongoing analysis of competition and market trend in covered areas. Logistics Processes: Managements of the logistics process for the export market which includes shipment, letters of credit, payments, etc…….. Planning: Plans and organizes for participation in the trade shows abroad. Also plans and executes sales trips to investigate the potential markets and explorers new markets, prepares the business trip reports in a systematic way as it is expected a part of the organization's assets
