• Job Details:Responsibilities: # Technical support # Manage hardware and software for all users inside and outside head office # Troubleshooting for VPN connection # Active Directory administration for users # Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure . # Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools . # Perform weekly / monthly configuration backups # Designs , implements and troubleshoots group policies ( GPO ) . # Provided second level support to internal Help Desk team to resolve users issues with specific applications . # Managing AD users&site s . # Responsible for all systems in production: Incidents, problems and proactive activities, Embedding the ITIL standards . # Responsible for managing mo re than 26 Sites in the Middle East in terms of operations and developments with a team of professionals . # Resolve any issues and incident and service request on Inte rnational Pepsico ticketing system At AMENA Acoounts about daily operations or handling any ticket with SCCM team and BT team and Polycom team and any vendors that have related with the issues # Maintaining & Managing network infrastructure & Wi-Fi coverage & Active Directory & Domains . # Working and Manage MS O365 Admin Center .
