• Job Details:Key projects and Roles: ANG Technology feasibility Study; Adsorption of Natural Gas Technology enables storage of natural gas at lower pressure and volumes. Accordingly, mobile vessels are used to fuel several selected remote sites. I developed the case study with focus on logistics, operability and energy efficiency. Petrobell Gas Plants HAZOP and SIL Recommendations closure. This project included over 150 recommendations to upgrade the relatively old Gas plant safety. I was responsible for organization of the recommendations along with the process activities such that relevant recommendations are grouped and categorized to ensure smooth workflow with respect to recommendations impacts on each other and shutdown plans. At the end of this project I prepared a paper about the management, organization and execution of such projects. I presented the paper in OMC (Oil and Gas Mediterranean Conference) and it was published on Eni’s library. Liverpool bay Carbon Capture: where I was supporting UK office. During this project I was exposed to CO2 dense phase handling. Damietta LNG Plant Debottlenecking study. This was a fast track project for studying the switch over between operating modes according to varying feed conditions. The project included a dynamic simulation to test online switch over then identify bottlenecks and propose solutions at the end. The model included all the LNG plant and by the end of such a complex project we earned the client’s technical confidence and the client signed a service agreement with our office and we are currently handling more jobs from DLNG side. Currently working on a Biogas Project in Port Saeed with the main role of vendors evaluation and review. Currently working with a water treatment systems supplier on a packaged containerized water treatment systems that are self-powered by renewable energy. I was responsible for the summer training for university students. Also, I was the one who prepared the training program for chemical engineers.
