    • Job Details:Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings: ♦ Develops Managers awareness and ensures that QHSE is an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives. ♦ Assists Management and Support Functions in establishing, maintaining, implementing and improving the QHSE Management System. ♦ Defining QHSE goals and objectives. ♦ Performing QHSE subcontractor assessment and audits. ♦ Liaising with clients, subcontractors, third parties, and agencies regarding QHSE. ♦ Generating and implementing local standards and procedures. ♦ Assessing the management and head of departments carrying out JSA’s and SWP’s. ♦ Assessing the management and HOD’s identifying local risks and updating project risk assessment according to new identified hazards on regular basis. ♦ Advises Management on the compliance of the local QHSE program with all local and national regulations of the host country. ♦ Preparing Project QHSE plan required ensuring optimum minimization of hazards and compliance to policies, standards and procedures. ♦ Preparing, reviewing, and revising project emergency response plans. ♦ Performing ERP’s drills or tests to identify response deficiencies and performance. ♦ Provide required trainings for all personnel’s including subcontractors according to project training plan. ♦ Setup and update project training matrix on regular basis. ♦ Perform pre hire driving assessment for all drivers including project specific journey management plans. ♦ Carry out Environmental assessment and impacts management plan and audits. ♦ Carry out regular internal inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project QHSE requirements. ♦ Create and update project remedial action points and updating it on regular basis. ♦ Conducting various QHSE meetings for all personnel’s including subcontractors. ♦ Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments. ♦ Assist project team in investigation of all project incidents (GL/WC/Recordable Incidents, Near Miss and First Aid) and ensure proper records are completed and submitted. Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident and ensure “lessons learned” are communicated throughout the Company and are incorporated into the program, if necessary. ♦ Benchmarking between crews performance and identifying deficiencies, points of weakness, and improvement required. ♦ Serve as the company’s representative within the field of HSE when called upon to address regulatory agency compliance issues, third party safety & liability consultants and subcontractor representatives ♦ Address specific reporting and record keeping requirements of OSHA, IAGC, OGP, etc., as well as other pertinent safety/regulatory compliance matters and to ensure project sites are in compliance
