Site Inspector Engineer & QC EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Supervise all activities of projects and Handle site inspection for all structural works, architectural works and finishing works as applicable  Ensure execution of work according to approval drawings, design and specifications.  Ensure the safety conditions and proper site logistics on site.  Follow up and supervise the concrete pouring and other trades quality control measures.  Making coordination with all departments: (Str –Arch –MEP ).  Ensure that the materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality and Checking the quality of concrete at site, materials using for construction at various stage.  In addition to technical office works such as, quantity survey.  Making weekly and monthly reports for all projects, reviewing schedules and comparing them with existing work.  Preparing all documents related to daily report, work inspections and assisting the QC team during inspection to make sure the quality process of construction works.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Controlling of construction activities, site inspection, and site progress of civil works.  Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.  To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects.  Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understanding and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.  Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the subcontractors.  Responsible for finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & and plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works.  Coordinate and monitor the daily activities and obligations of subcontractors, communicate with them and review their payment certificates.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Monitoring & controlling of construction activities, site inspection, site progress of civil works.  Monitoring & comparing contractor’s work progress as per the approved baseline program & working program.  Ensure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.  Executing & maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specification, drawings, method statements and approved materials.  Attending weekly quality and safety meetings with client & contractors.  Following up all laboratory test results of concrete and other construction material.  Preparation & evaluation of weekly, monthly reports and verification of monthly payment to the client against the actual work progress.  Review and recommendations to the client the pre-qualification documents of subcontractors.
