• Job Details: Directing financial planning and strategy, Analyzing, and reporting on financial performance.  Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk, Analyzing complex financial data.  Overseeing audit, tax, and vat procedures.  Developing, and implementing accounting policies and training accounting staff.  Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.  Implementing and managing internal controls.  Overall company and retail shops operations.  Developing and implementing warehouse management and documents cycle.  Preparing a company short-term and long-term business plan. Setting up a reporting package and reconciliation process.

Finance and Admin ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Manage and control finance, accounting, and admin departments • Monthly full package closing reports. • Quarterly and yearly IFRS closing reports. • Yearly budget and forecast preparation and presentation to management • Monthly Analysis actual vs budget/forecast vs YAGO and present to Management. • Review sales planning vs BDGT and Actual to challenge the commercial team • Daily treasury reports and cash flow control. • Risk money management and ECL calculation as per IFRS 9 • Monitoring monthly sales to comply with IFRS 15. • Monthly Salary, gratuity and Bonus calculation to all employees and sales team • Monitoring the KPI for sales team bonus payout each quarter. • Oversee the timely and accurate issuance of financial information to the HQ. • Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or IFRS.

Budgeting & Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Project’s business planes. • Budgeting for sales and cost for several project to review the marginality • Forecasting for the projects during the year to compare with actual • Reviewing accounting entries and reporting to the finance manager. • Preparing analysis report Act vs Budget for each gained project with the government. • Review the monthly invoices for customer approval and payment
