• Job Details:- Handles customer accounts and follows through all inquiries . - Provides accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools. - Handles customers complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensures issue is resolved. - Follows up with supply team to secure timely order fulfilment. - Coordinates with freight forwarders shipments from worldwide shipping platforms. - Handles Invoices and prepares all required export documentations. - Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from the chamber of commerce. - Direct submitter of original export documents to the bank as required. - Perform other duties as assigned and communicated.

Export Logistics SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details: - Responsible for the process of customs clearance - Preparing Export support documents  - Work with freight forwarder agents, Shipping lines, and Trucking companies to execute bookings,  - Executes required export process and follow up the goods with the factory till delivering to port then to the client  - Timely management of multiple lines of communication between Client, Shipping line, customs clearance, and internal parties, maintaining details and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties  - Obtains export certificates from various third parties agencies in compliance with each shipment - Identifies risks and opportunities, when developing logistics plan and freight estimates for super loads, complex international shipments to ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient transportation of the company’s products  - Processes freight Reviews sheets, monthly tenders, and follow up the logistics process closely.
