• Job Details:• Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for import shipment. • Handle all necessary shipping/banking documents as per international rules and regulations. • Follow up deliveries, freight documents, and customs clearance. • Establish and maintain good relations with airlines, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. • Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies. • Maintain records of goods ordered and received. • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. • Review the received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are cleared. • Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices & reach better payment terms. • Release purchase order to the suppliers.

Customs and Free Zone SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsibility of covering all activities of customs declaration generation life cycle, starting with creating the commercial invoice, passing through submitting it to customers until extracting the customs declaration. • Responsibility of handling the customs clearance, that occurs after each contract expiration concerning operations. That customs clearance process is managed between the owner and EGPC. • Responsibility of renewing the suspended customs between the owners, General Authority for Alex. Port, and EGPC; which are under the suspension system. • Responsibility of managing the cycle issuance of the letters of re-exporting from the free zone, that is after ending the purpose of the tools usage. This cycle is managed between the concerned company, the owner, and EGPC.
