• Job Details:• To follow quality norms during production process • In-Process control (IPC) Follow-up to the pre-processing, processing and filling for the production line.from the critical limits ensured root causes. • Following the Production CCP’s as HACCP Plan in its critical Limits. • Follow-up changes and developments sent to factory from General Authority for Specifications and the Egyptian Gazette newspaper (which lists the amendments and for the food industry ministerial decrees) a day and let us know regarding our products or raw materials.Ensure the implementation of food safety systems in Production Area. • Receiving raw materials (fruits)&production requirements (barrels aseptic bags……….)and chemical raw materials (propylene- maltol ……)according to specification and approved supplier list. • Responsibility for implementation GLP. • Monitor production area continuously and ensure the implementation of food safety system. • Evaluate production samples for conformance to specification. • follow and leads production in GMP and HACCP PROGRAMS. • Responsibility to perform chemical and physical analysis and authorized to start production or holding rejected production units. • Analyzing internal and external non conformity using quality tools and solving with the suitable corrective and preventive actions. • Responsible for updating checklist and sop. • Authorized to reject food shipments with coordination with concerned departments. • Assist in the activation of the internal audit plan: through the follow-up plan, collecting reports and
