• Job Details:- Import And Export Schedule Shipments and Deliveries with monthly shipping plan (Form4, General Security, Form5 also Form6 For Spare parts L/C and Cash Against Documents, GAFI Letter for free zone also how to do Insurance policies. - I am responsible of project operation for imported shipments as a freight forwarder and multimodal transport company , including: - Arranging and reviewing shipping documents before starting shipping process, Ensuring the shipping process comply with safety standards and legal requirements, Determining shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.

MRP & Logistics Executive - FMCG (Experience Certificate)Full Time

• Job Details:-Negotiate shipping rates with freight forwarders & shipping lines to obtain competitive rates. Create shipment and shipping instructions. -Booking containers with freight forwarders & shipping lines. -Coordinate with logistics providers (truckers, forwarders, and customs brokers, etc.) on delivery updates. -Handling all Export and import shipping documents (LC, Invoice, Bill of Lading, COO, EUR1, etc.) -Follow up shipments with suppliers to ensure arrival dates for raw material. -Follow up client’s requests and provide shipment status notification to ensure on time delivery. -Establish strong business relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines & customs. -Follow up payments with finance department. -Review and audit invoices from suppliers, freight forwarders & clearance companies.
