• Job Details:• Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to senior Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors. • Preparation and presentation for the approval of the Board annual budget, forecasts, business plans, feasibility studies, investment memoranda and all other financial and business documents as may be required from time to time by the Board. • Management of financial consultants, auditors, and investors. Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models. • Board Secretary, preparation, and presentation of reports for Boards of Directors & Audit Committee. • Participation in developing new business, specifically: assisting the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities. • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development, and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets. • Preparation and presentation monthly financial budgeting reports, review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations. Identify, develop, and execute analysis of business initiatives. • Monthly presentation to the Board.
