- Job Details:IT Helpdesk Support (Main Task) • Answer telephone calls using Cisco Jabber and/or from Emails. • Log Incidents or Service Request in the Manage Engine Service Desk application. • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques using Remote Desktop Central . • Install, modify, and repair computer software. (Troubleshooting in BestCare Application, Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0, Internet Explorer, Oracle Technical Issues and Microsoft Office thru Remote desktop). • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. • Ensure to provide timely status updates on open incidents or service requests and follow up until its closure with the other teams. • Record problems and solutions of request in the work logs • Monitoring of Antivirus if updated (Symantec) on each computer when troubleshooting computers. • Follow up with end-users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
