• Job Details:Assisting in the sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates in the team, to ensure only strong candidates are on-boarded and engaged. o Supporting the training of staff, super agents, and agents to properly adopt product knowledge. o Engaging staffs, partners, service providers in ensuring that POS terminals are in top shape. o Agent satisfaction (Issue resolution). o Zoho Inventory control and CRM management o Culture alignment (within the team). o Leadership development. o Agent performance monitoring and management. o Ensuring acquired high-value agents in the region remain in business. o POS count vs Active (Redundancy and Traceability). o Managing the retrieval, distribution, and repair of terminals. o Implementing a clear KPI definition for the state teams.
