• Job Details:• Source potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards) • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in Egypt, UAE and KSA. • Organize and manage the technical interviews with Huawei Technical Team in Egypt UAE and KSA. • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring. • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and face to face interviews for different IT Services Titles such as Cloud (AWS, HCS), AI, Network, Cyber security, Voice, Data center facility, Light Current, Sales and Presales. • Partner with HR Managers and Compensation & Benefits team to offer competitive compensation packages and finalize negotiations with candidates • Complete various reporting requirements and provide market date and insights to stakeholders. • Base the candidates offers based on the salary frame of each grade and provide the business with the needed package/proposal based on the CR of each grade. • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates. • Support in employer branding initiatives. • Assist in handling the TNA process across the company. • Co-develops annual training plan, follows-up its implementation. • Implement In-house training programs (e.g. Functional and Non- technical training programs).
