• Job Details:- Responsible for replying to messages and comments on our pages on Facebook and Instagram - Placing orders on the system, editing, cancelling and placing them on hold - Tracking customer's orders and giving them certainty about when their order is going to arrive - Handling customers efficiently and solve any problem they face - Daily report of potential clients who send us their contact number and details for possible collaboration - Communicate with the customer in case of not responding to the shipping company and give them updated feedback - Following up with the shipping company - Getting feedback from customers
