    • Job Details:I do have a previous experience as I worked before as a customer service representative (English account) at Amazon.ae & Amazon.sa (over the phone & backshore "live chat & emails" . I used to handle customer queries from various nationalities with different accents which was challenging and beneficial. Gaining the customer's trust is essential in our field as it makes the customer feels he/she is in a good hand and their rights are preserved all the time. In my opinion, it is such a pleasure to have the ability to help out others and build strong bond which leads that customer can relay on us as CSR and make their day.
