• Job Details:Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures to track and manage project costs. • preparing project budgets in cooperation with all concerned parties. • Monitor and capture actual costs against budgets and identify variances, providing analysis and recommendations. • Prepare detailed forecasting reports, accurately highlight variances, and propose corrective actions. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. • Prepare regular cost control reports for management review.

Commercial ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Handing over the project initially and finally to the consultant and the owner of the project • Prepare subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report • Sent by the site engineer. • Preparing all contracting requests using ERP SYSTEM ( Oracle Fusion ) (contracts - annexes - extensions) related to the project's subcontractors and following up with the Contracts Department . • Preparing quantity surveying for the contract clauses of the project's subcontractors. • Preparing the matches between invoices’ subcontractors and invoices’ client in coordination with the head of the department. • Preparing disaster reports for concrete works . • Preparing comparisons and reports for subcontractors required by the head of the department . • Preparing and reviewing all change orders VO (New Activities – Activities up or exceed 25 % - Semi Final BOQ) . • Preparing the financial impact of the client extract and change orders.
