• Job Details:  Design and manage small Databases for development projects (Data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality)  Analyze Data of communities’ needs assessment ( design surveys, identify Questions in partnership with field consultants, Manage and train data entry team, Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing reports)  Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.  Establish Monthly and annual reports in order to compare achieved goals with planned ones.  Train colleagues in the use of these systems, teaching them to prepare reports and properly utilize report data.  Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to deal with technical issues and enhance efficiency, as business needs change. .
