  • Job Details:• Interfacing with Telecom Egypt to solve Transmission Link failures E1, E3, STM-1s and TE Power Failures. • Modify configuration for MSAN cabinets (Access INT & Core INT). • Provide 1st&2nd Level Support for ATM DSLAMs, IP DSLAMs, Metro1000, Access Servers and Access Routers. • Implement Network related activities (BW Upgrade, Traffic Transfer, New installation, site Modification). • Provide 1st & 2nd line troubleshooting on Core devices like Huawei devices OSN, switches, different Cisco PEs series and NE-40. • Implement End-to-End Network TT management function (starting from problem appearance till final service restoration). • Network real-time monitoring for all Etisalat ISP Network Alarms, Events and Faults • Monitor Etisalat ISP Network Elements/Environmental Alarms and take the proper action with concerned teams • Monitoring Etisalat International Links from Different providers (TATA, Seabone ) . • Monitoring Etisalat International Link IVPNs .
